Fitpreneur Mohit Jain shares how fitness helped him overcome major life obstacles
Exploring different horizons of business fields always left Mohit Jain fascinated with diversity. An entrepreneur who is also known as fitpreneur by his peers is truly bringing a change in the fitness industry. He hails from Aurangabad and was born and brought up in a Jain family. Besides being a fitness freak, he is also a social media marketer and holds an MBA degree in marketing. Mohit is the founder of Starbuzz Digimark, a social media marketing agency and is also associated with his family business, Arihant Gold Palace, a jewellery showroom in Aurangabad.
His affair with fitness goes way back to his childhood. The 26-year old at the age of 4 accompanied his father to the gym. “When I was around 14 years old, my father took the responsibility to keep me fit because I fell sick often back then. Every morning at 5 am we would go out for jogging and he would make me do 100 pushups, 100 squats and 100 surya namaskar. I thank him for always igniting the desire for fitness in me”, said Mohit. His love for gym is inevitable and he has been working out since 12th grade.
It was around his junior college, Mohit became prey to frustration and depression due to studies. “I could not match the calibre of my classmates in studies and other activities. I was often looked down which made me isolated with the group fun. I had just one or two friends then. I then decided to transform this frustration into inspiration after which I spent all my time in shaping myself”, he added. Being a vegeterian, Mohit stated that he includes paneer and tofu in his diet as a source of protein. He recently penned down a book titled ‘Now Stay Fit on Vegetarian Diet’ after studying that many people are struggling with having proper diet plan and therefore have to spend loads of money on dieticians to achieve their physique goals.
Mohit’s main mission is to help 100,000 people become fitpreneurs and fitness influencers. He is promoting fitness extensively and is even working towards his entrepreneurial goals. With fitness being his priority, he considers the CEO and founder of Shredz Supplements, Arvin Lal as his inspiration. The young entrepreneur considers his father as his role model. “He was a black belt karate master and is also a successful businessman. I am walking on his path”, said Mohit. Spreading positivity about health and fitness all over, Mohit has a dream of becoming a millionaire by the age of 30 and live healthy lifestyle.
